Return and Refund Policy

For defective item:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods at naturalhealthyfoodstore@yahoo.com. Please include the following information:
1) Name,

2) Order number,

3) Brief description of damage item, and

4) Contact phone number.


DO NOT returns item(s) without our authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization from us before returning your item(s). Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize a return, we will provide the customer with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning your products to us. Damaged/defective item(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.

After we received the item(s), we will examine the defective item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will ship you a replacement of the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original products will be shipped back to you.

We will also be responsible for the shipping cost (for regular U.S Postal Service returns ONLY). All other means of returns such as registered mail will not be entertained.

It generally takes about 1-2 weeks to process a return. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Un-opened item(s) in original package and in good condition:

You may choose to return any unopened item(s) that are in their original package and in good condition. Natural Healthy Food Store is not responsible for the shipping cost. Please notify us within 7 days after you receive your products at naturalhealthyfoodstore@yahoo.com to obtain an authorization for returns.  Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize a return, we will provide the customer with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning your item(s) to us. The item(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.

Customers returning an unopened item(s) that is in its original package and in good condition will receive a full refund credit on the item's price. However, shipping and handling charge of the order will not be refunded. Please note that for all returning products, we will verify their conditions before sending out a refund.

(Customers will be charged 10% restocking fee on un-opened package returns, non deliverable packages, or refused orders.)
